The NextGen Web Creators™ – Web Design & Development Certificate Program for Teens is a structured, project-based educational pathway that equips students with foundational and advanced skills in web design and front-end development. Over the course of 12 months, students will learn how websites work, how to construct real web pages using modern standards, and how to create responsive, interactive digital experiences.
This program emphasizes digital literacy, design thinking, and real coding skills. Students complete structured lessons, practical assignments, and portfolio projects, demonstrating measurable outcomes suitable for future academic applications.
The learning journey progresses from fundamental principles to advanced development topics, with assessment through portfolio milestones and project reviews.
NextGen Web Creators™ – Web Design & Development Program Structure

The Web Design & Development Program for Teens is now available as a fully online E-Learning experience, designed to bring expert instruction, hands-on practice, and real project building directly to students—no matter where they live.

◍ Online-Only Learning via LMS
Students complete the full program through our structured LMS, progressing through weekly modules, assignments, and portfolio projects. Instructor feedback, live check-ins, and revision cycles ensure teens stay supported while developing independent learning skills, digital organization, and professional-quality work from anywhere.

Students may register for the Fall, Winter, Spring, or Summer semesters. Registration for the Winter semester is currently open.

Class Day: Wednesday, 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Time Zone: Atlantic Standard Time (AST, UTC-4)
Weekly Time Commitment:

Certificate of Course Completion
We provide Certificates of completion for students that complete our 40 lessons of Web design and Development course.
A Course Completion certificate says you have attended all the classes required, passed all the tests required, and handed in all the work required.
Students complete the program with a professional portfolio. Teens Computer School also provides the graduates with assistance on portfolio and resume preparation for future education in colleges or Universities.
